Consultations are free appointments and are required for ALL new clients, even if you have had electrolysis previously, before you can book yourself appointments with our providers.

If you have had electrolysis previously let us know, and we can book you a back to back consult and appointment.

Cancellation policy:

To cancel an appointment you can email your scheduled provider directly or use the Cancel feature on your confirmation if you booked directly online through Fresha.

You may also contact the front desk through email or by calling and leaving a voicemail if no answer.

To ensure efficient scheduling and to accommodate other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to potentially rebook or fill the empty time slot.

Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours from scheduled time will be charged a late cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost. Same goes for no shows. After two no show/no calls you will be unable to book online and will be rebooked on a case by case basis.

If you have health issues that may require last minute cancellations due to issues with transportation, your symptoms, etc. let us know. We will support you in anyway we can regardless of our policies.

We would rather you call out than come in sick. Please let us know if you are feeling unwell.

If traffic is an issue, your meeting runs late, you can't find parking, etc, just call (206) 457-5885 to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you by changing your appointment length if possible. Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to get to the phone.
