Cancellation Policy

Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another client.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
