Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to potentially rebook or fill the time slot.
Please understand that electrolysis requires advance preparation, and more than 24 hours’ notice is necessary to adjust our schedule accordingly — especially since hair growth needs time to reach the proper stage for treatment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service value.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value.
This policy helps offset the impact of last-minute changes and ensures fair compensation for your electrologist’s time.
